Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a valid credit card on file.
Simulator bookings will be subject to a flat rate fee of $35 for late session cancellations. (Cancellations within 12 hours)
Lesson bookings will be subject to a flat rate fee of $100 for late session cancellations. (Cancellations within 12 hours)
In the case of a “no call, no show” for any booking or lesson, a $50 charge for simulator bookings and full price of the scheduled lesson will be charged.

This cancellation policy is to ensure fair treatment for all customers and to maintain the availability of our services and instructors. We request that you provide sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking or lesson to avoid any applicable charges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
