What is the Private Golf Simulator Club?
We are a 24/7-access, members-only golf and social club offering tour-level simulators, elite instruction, league play, club fitting and repair, and a fully equipped lounge with sports entertainment and poker tables. Whether you’re dialing in your swing or catching the game, the club is always open.
Who can access the club?
Access is granted to members and their approved guests. Non-members may book private events, lessons, fittings, and TPI services by appointment.

What’s included with membership?
Membership includes:
- Unlimited 24/7 club, lounge, and putting-studio access; no simulator reservation needed to putt or relax
- A monthly simulator-hour allowance based on your plan, separate from 24/7 club access
- Complimentary water, soda, beer, wine, and liquor; alcohol for ages 21+
- League participation
- Member lesson pricing and package savings, plus separate discounts on Titleist/Acushnet and TTS products
- Over 1,100 simulator courses via GSPro software
- Priority simulator booking
- Access to YouTube TV with full sports packages and a live Vegas odds board

How do I join?
Applications are available online or in person. Memberships are capped to ensure premium access and service.
Simulators & Technology
What simulator technology do you use?
We use Foresight GC Hawk simulators—trusted by professionals for their high-fidelity ball tracking and accuracy.
What courses are available?
With GSPro software, members can access and play over 1,100 photorealistic courses worldwide with online play and skill challenges.
Can non-members book simulators?
Simulator access is reserved for members, unless part of a lesson, club fitting, or event.
Instruction, Leagues & Events
Are lessons available?
Yes. Barrett Lais and Denver Davis teach adults and juniors, including nonmembers, by appointment. Adult and junior sessions are 60 minutes; ages 10 and under sessions are 30 minutes. Coaching availability is separate from 24/7 member club access.
Both coaches hold K-MOTION, Titleist club and ball fitting, Swing Catalyst Level 2, and SAM PuttLab certifications. Barrett is also certified in The Golfing Machine. Meet the instructors or view lesson rates and package discounts.
Do you offer TPI fitness training?

Is league play available?
Yes. We host organized simulator competitions and seasonal events. View Golf Leagues for details.
Can I host private events at the club?
Yes. Private events for members and non-members include corporate outings, client entertainment, team-building events, private celebrations, and professional golfer experiences. Event details, group capacity, and pricing are customized to each booking. Request a Private Event Quote.
Do you offer corporate packages?
Yes. We offer custom corporate memberships and event packages to support client entertainment, team-building, and employee perks.

Club Fitting, Building & Retail
Do you offer club fittings?
Yes. Professional club, putter, and ball fittings use launch-monitor data, SAM PuttLab, and advanced fitting technology. Available club companies include Titleist, Ping, and LAB. View fitting prices and purchase credits.
Do you offer club building and repair?
Yes. We provide complete custom club building and repair services, including:
- Regripping
- Shaft pulls and installs
- Loft and lie adjustments
- Hot melting
- Porting and swing weight tuning
- And more — all done to tour-level precision.
What brands do you carry?
Available club companies for fitting include Titleist, Ping, and LAB. We also offer Titleist/Acushnet products and custom-branded corporate golf merchandise.
Are there member discounts on retail items?
Yes. Members receive discounts on Titleist/Acushnet and TTS products: Par 5%, Birdie and Eagle 7.5%, and Premium 10%. These product discounts are separate from lesson-package savings.
Lounge & Entertainment
What’s available in the member’s lounge?
The lounge includes:
- Poker tables and lounge seating
- YouTube TV with full sports packages
- A live Vegas odds board for sports fans
- Complimentary water, soda, beer, wine, and liquor; alcohol for ages 21+
- Snacks and a BYOB-friendly setup (must follow club policy)
Can I use the lounge without golfing?
Yes. Every membership includes 24/7 lounge and putting-studio access. Stop in to putt, relax, watch sports, play cards, or host guests without a simulator reservation. Your monthly simulator hours apply only to simulator reservations.
Policies & Support
What’s the dress code?
Golf attire or neat casual is encouraged. Soft spike golf shoes only.
Is help available after hours?
Yes. A 24/7 support line is available for any issues with access or facility use.
